lpackard is down in section 100. I'm going to run down and see her in a bit, get some food (my stomach is grumlbing) before coming up back here. On the plus side is that I’m in an air conditioned room. On the down side is that I’m in a space meant for half the number of people currently occupying said space. Tensions are high. There are cranky bloggers an DNC staffers. This change of venue has brought a host of problems. In general, people are trying to keep a cool head. Here is my view. 
It’ll be like watching a rock concert or baseball game in a skybox, without the luxury that goes with a skybox. Update: Fuuuuuuuuuuck! We've been told that we now each are only allowed 30 minutes up here, with Internet connections, etc. Then we have to go soemwhere else for an hour before we can come back. I think I'm going to hang out with Laura for the remainder. There is no space in the unassigned media area either. Sorry, but I have to say that for those of us not anywhere close to the A Level of media, this sucks. |
