According to the press release, Nancy Schlichting, who runs the Michigan Health and Hospital Association and is President/CEO of Henry Ford Health System, Battle Creek's former Republican Congressman Joe Schwartz, Henry J Aaron of the Brookings Institution, and Marianne Udow-Phillips, who runs the Center for Healthcare Research Transformation in Ann Arbor.
The moderating chores are to be handled by Ron Dzwonkowski, the Editorial Page Editor of the Detroit Free Press.
The press release reports that about 250 are expected to attend, and Beaumont Hospitals, Divided We Fail, Molina Healthcare, and the Michigan AFL-CIO are expected to send representatives to the event.
