| You might have noticed the little ticker off to the right for the Hire Michigan First package has now disappeared. The bills that didn't come to a vote include one punishing companies for violating the prevailing wage law, a bill requiring companies to hire 100 percent Michigan workers if trained workers are available, and one requiring companies to report jobs creation as a result of this package. |
