| Outraged. Thats what I am when I hear that one man is standing in the way of a $138 million in federal economic recovery funds that would cover benefits for thousands of additional workers who have lost their jobs.
Believe it or not, State Senate Majority Leader Mike Bishop is playing partisan politics and refusing to bring two bills to a vote that would allow the state to use money from the American Economic and Recovery Act. It's money that has already been set aside for Michigan.
Speak out now and urge Sen. Bishop to stop playing games with people's livelihood and allow these bills to come to a vote.
