| As his focus widens to include Livingston County, Mr. Chetly Zarko graced the front page of today's Press & Argus. Seems that Mr. Zarko's efforts to force the release of thousands of e-mails from the Howell teachers' union was denied by the Michigan Court of Appeals.
MCA ruled that those e-mails aren't public records under the Michigan FOIA.
Mr. Zarko plans to take this case to the Michigan Supreme Court, and will ask "every media outlet in the state to support him." |
