(AP) — Four members of the family of Ambassador Bridge owner Matty Moroun gave the maximum allowable campaign contribution to two Republican Michigan Supreme Court justices who voted to put a proposal designed to block a competing bridge on the Nov. 6 ballot.
They go on to claim that there wasn't any opposition to the proposal in June, which is true in the same way that there wasn't any opposition to benevolent overlord Rick Michigan's mad plan to build the second span to Canada without legislative support in February. |
