Grover Norquist's pledge has put the country on the path to two different outcomes: Either an austerity bomb that will almost certainly lead to another recession, or continued unsolved debt caused by economically worthless tax cuts passed during the last presidential administration. In other words, Grover Norquist is the problem, not the solution, at the federal level, which is something we ought to apply here in Michigan. |
