This is just like that nutty lightbulb legislation that Tom McMillin introduced and got passed in the House. It also brings to mind the time that Rick Jones tried to insert language into the bullying bill that assured everyone that state law couldn't infringe on anyone's First Amendment rights. Laugh while you can, sunshines, but the same people who've never heard of the Constitution's Supremacy Clause are writing your laws.
