| Let's see just how nerdy some of y'all are. Can anyone in comments identify the image to the left and where I got it? I don't have prize in mind, but I'm willing to e-mail pictures of damn near anything to anyone. If you know Emily Dievendorf with Equality Michigan, she can tell you that while sick a couple of months ago, I e-mailed her photos of hearty turkey noodle soup to help her get through some form of illness.
If you know what the pic is, you know how it's related to this post. I'm once again passing 'round the hat looking for sponsors. NO ONE answered the call last time, which would have left me despondent, were that not my natural state of affairs. Why should you do this? For starters, managing this website during the recent state paty chairman's race required a lot of extra time and energy. There were posts, behind-the-scenes e-mails from supporters of both candidates, not to mention reading every comment to make sure that I wasn't going to get angry phone calls and emails while doing other things concerning people's conduct. For second, if you're a regular reader, it's just the right thing to do. Every post I write for this site is time and energy and developed skill that I could be devoting to things of direct interest to me. As most of you might know, if I could write about anything it probably wouldn't be the day-to-day trudge of politics. It'd be nice to be compensated a little for it. Rates are $25 a day, $100 a week, and $360 a month. Contact me at ebaerren@michiganliberal.com for more information. |
