Judge puts off gay marriage decision

Most of you have already seen this.

U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman said today he will wait for the U.S. Supreme Court to decide two gay marriage cases before ruling on a whether Michigan's ban on same-sex marriage is constitutional
"I think its worth the wait," Friedman said today in a hearing brought by two women who want joint custody of their three children."I don't know what the Supreme Court is going to do."
