MF: Speaking of the U.P., Adamini is term-limited out. This is the area
surrounding Marquette and Munising...
AF: Kerry got 52% even with all of weaknesses that he had in the U.P. -
and Adamini got 67%. (even though he's not running this time) I think
that looks more like a 55% or 56% Democratic district to everybody and
my guess is that gets played out in a big Democratic primary with lots
of people running. The Republicans might have somebody there just in
case the Democrats just manage to stumble and come up with a weak
candidate in that primary but I think when all is said and done it's
not going to be on anyone's target list. |
