Blogosphere Day for the past couple years has served as a day where lefty blogs across the country have raised money jointly for a special candidate. But today, we are all joining together to raise money for a special group: ActBlue.
ActBlue is active across the country at the federal level. They provide a way for federal candidates to easily raise money online, without needing to set up merchant accounts and the whole credit card processing infrastructure individually. It saves Democrats money by aggregating our accounts to earn the lowest processing fees and spreading the fixed infrastructure costs across many campaigns.
Anyways, here's your chance to contribute AND raise money for them to come to Michigan to offer the same service for state level candidates.
