AFAIK, nothing was filed on May 17th, certainly not regarding these Challenges.  The actual, verified, original, receipted, filing date was May 4th, according to the Proof of Service.

Another royal "we"? (0.00 / 1)

The (apparently rubber stamp signature) DNC RBC co-chairs sent a notice of dismissal on Thu, 29 May 2008 16:52:34 -0400 (that's 4:52 PM EDT).

The reason given is that merely being active in the Democratic Party as members of "Democracy for America" and "Michiganders for Obama" is not sufficient "that he or she attempted to participate in the affairs of the Democratic Party in good faith...."

This is so clearly contrary to the Charter, and the party rules and bylaws, it was relatively easy to file a rapid "Petition for Review" by the whole RBC.
