Once again, begging the question of what point there is to a Board of Canvassars if it can't correctly identify 14-point font.

LANSING – The Michigan Supreme ended a dispute over font size today when it ruled in a 4-3 opinion that the proposed repeal of the state’s emergency manager must be placed on the Nov. 6 ballot.

By the way, the upshot of this is that we have a state Supreme Court of seven people who've spent time as lawyers and judges who can't agree on what is meant by 14-point font.
