This is the latest ad from the people opposing all of this year's ballot proposals.
The bright side is that the guy apparently either voted against enshrining the definition of marriage as between man and woman in the constitution, or now thinks it was a bad idea. So there is that.
What is troubling about this ad, is that it's a pretty thinly veiled attempt to sway absentee ballot voters. It's an older couple, sitting around the kitchen table, discussing how to fill out their absentee ballots (so much for the secret vote, but whatever).
How long is the ad scheduled to run? Who knows. But, there's a good bet it'll be running during at least part of the time that absentee voters are filling out ballots. That means that while absentee ballot voters are at home filling out their absentee ballots, there's a pretty good chance that some of them while doing it will be subjected to an ad specifically targeting them with promotional materials on how to vote. If we're going to do that, we may as well just let candidates post volunteers inside polling stations.
