LANSING, MI - Secretary of State Ruth Johnson will not file an emergency appeal of a ruling that blocks her from requiring a citizenship question on ballot applications. That means for the Nov. 6 election, at least, opponents of the citizenship check box have prevailed.
By the way, she used your money to defend her bruised ego her dumb question. That is, she used taxpayer dollars to defend her decision to create an obstacle to keep taxpayers from exercising their Constitutionally granted right of franchise. |
