| From the man who believes that posting votes on Facebook is transparency in action. I’ll miss working with my colleagues on Budget. I don’t relish this situation, but if one thing is clear based on the response from the grassroots, it’s that leadership’s actions will backfire. If they think kicking me off of a committee will lead me to abandon my principles or stifle my bipartisan work toward a balanced budget, I have a message for them: You’re dead wrong.
Have at it, Tiger! He thinks that being thrown off a committee for being part of a tiny minority of Repulicans who refused to vote in favor of the Ryan plan because it didn't go far enough and being totally at odds with his party's leadership on basically everything strengthens his position. On the other hand, this is the guy who thinks that the remedy to what ails America today rests not in the hands of the living, but in those of dead Austrians. |
