DeVos Family Felons (4.00 / 2)

Checking out some of the "DeVosforGod.com" domains uncovered by DemWave, I noticed that not only Little Dick did the registration, but the administrators address and phone number just happens to be a phone number that when
Googled returns "Windquest Group, (616) 459-4500, 126 Ottawa Ave NW Ste 400, Grand Rapids, MI 49503." This address also happens to be consistent with the email address for the administrator.

So Little Dick DeVos, apparently using Windquest corporate resources and on Windquest corporate time, is managing the big Dick's domains for world domination. So here is a question I know DemWave can answer: Is Little Dick committing a felony each time he creates a new domain using corporate resources from Windquest or is it Windquest who is committing the felony allowing the use of corporate resources to help Big Dick?

Given the family history of cheating on customs and the large fine they paid to Canada, I guess no one should be surprised that the two Dicks are apparently engaged in illegal activity with corporate contributions to the DeVos for World Leader which violate the Michigan Campaign Finance Act.

and does Devos have FEC federally set up campaign committees(one for Prez and one for Senate) in addition to the state of michigan comittee for governor?  I mean, maybe it doesn't matter for the federal jobs if he's not actually running yet.  The company can own those things.  The governor one has me wonderin' though ... is that Windquest company in his last campaign finance report for expenditures for this governor thing he's trying for?  :)

Campaign Expenditures Not Reported (4.00 / 1)

No campaign expenditures for these or other DeVos domain name registrations (more on those later) are reported on Slick Dick DeVos's campaign finance filling for 2005.  The only expenditure reported by DeVos as payable to Windquest was a $936.38 expenditure on 07/15/2005 for insurance services (the closet organizer company is in the insurance business?).

The DeVos campaign also neglected to report any expenditures for the cost of using Windquest Group corporate personnel and equipment to file the campaign's original Statement of Organization.  Clearly visible at the top of that document is the Windquest Group fax number.

What other corporate resources is Dick DeVos using in his campaign?  A helicopter to fly to a Michigan State basketball game with Pete Secchia and John Engler?  His Lincoln Navigator?  His corporate security guards?  His driver "Pete" mentioned in this campaign video? (no campaign expenditures payable to a "Pete" are reported by DeCeitful DeVos)

As previously noted on this website, the use of corporate resources to support candidates is prohibited by the Michigan Campaign Finance Act.  It's a felony.  See section 54 of the Michigan Campaign Finance law.

Maybe Dick DeVos doesn't care if he violates the law.  Maybe he knows that Secertary of State Terri Land (R-Grand Rapids) has already been bought and paid for with Scamway money.  If not, perhaps DeVos will find out the hard way that he can't finance his campaign like a Scamway pyramid scheme.

Land Is Lousy Law Enforcer (4.00 / 1)

As Jellybean, in a series of posts regarding the Republican Candidate for State Senate Vince Green, has conclusively proven, expecting Secretary of State Land to enforce the campaign laws against a Republican is the same as expecting the Easter Bunny to drop by. Secretary of State Land's malfeasance of office as the State's Chief Election Officer is so brazen in the Green matter as to be impeachable. Land is just not going to step out and fulfill her oath of office if is contrary to the oath of fealty she has obviously taken to Bush, DeVos, DeRoach and the rest of the rest of the gang. And Little Mike Cox is certainly not about to take on anyone who would fight back or scare him, he tried that once with Feiger and Cox got whopped. Between Land and Cox, DeVos has a get out of jail card free to disregard the law and use all the corporate resources he wants on his campaign. Unless, that is, a county prosecutor should be so appalled that they decide to act and tell Land and Littl Mike to get out of the way. Hmmm...
