Two Manistee Dems(Lisa Hamilton and John Kudalski) had a chance to confront our Rep. Hoekstra yesterday when they boldly walked into Republican Headquarters which is a few doors down from Democratic Headquarters on River Street in downtown Manistee. He pleaded ignorance, then blamed the liberal news media. I wish I could have been there to watch him squirm.

Thanx Matt for once again doing your best to inform the public on just who this guy really is.  At the Kotos campaign we are working very late into the night, every night to defeat this guy.  It is 1:30am as I write this.

The good news is that our email has been full of comments and support from accross the country.  We are recieving campaign donations through our website (recently updated and upgraded).  People are fed up with the Republicans and the likes of Pete Hoekstra.

Anyone who has seen "Iraq for Sale" should be sickened to know that Pete Hoekstra is up to his eyeballs in that despicable enterprise.

The local media is not helping much and we are in touch with the national media trying to get Kimon a national interview on Wolf Blitzer or Chris Matthews or Kieth Olbermann, Tim Russert or George Stephanopolis if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.

P.S.

I was with Debbie Stabenow at the CIO hall in Muskegon tonight, she is really a charming and friendly lady.  I spoke to her about the war profiteering in Iraq and if we are going to do anything about Halliburton, KBR, Bechtel, etc. and the politicians in our government who are involved in the profiteering (like Hoekstra) and she assured me that when the Dems return to power and we get subpoena power the Dems would put a stop to it and hold those responsible to account.

Just thought you might like to know.

Interesting

Mike Rogers himself sits on the House Intel. Committee. BTW I talked with a guy who is a staunch card carrying Republican who is voting for Jim Marcinkowski.  He has since gone to everyone of his neighbors with Rogers signs in their yard persuading them to not vote for Mikey.  Maybe Mike should have thought about his constituency before accepting abrhamoff, delay, nay, etc.  money as only greedy Republicans with high moral standards, which include but are not limited to, participating in acts such as playing hide the soap with a male prostitute and using various drugs such as meth.  He can kiss my ( I ) as far as I'm concerned.
